Inka & Niclas are participating in the open-air event C’EST EXTRA from July 10 to July 25, 2021, in Aulnoye-Aymeries, France. The event is replacing this year’s festival Les Nuits Secrètes.

The artist duo shows works from the series Family Portraits. The series is a continuous long-term project and a collection of self-portraits taken during the artist’s travels to idyllic panoramic settings across the world. It is a continuous investigation of how we perceive and save our memory of nature through the mediated picture, but also how we use the mediation of nature for self-identification.
