„Bis es weh tut“ is a group exhibition, which questions themes such as the fragility of reality and perception. David Behrens, Lennart Cleemann, Florian Glaubitz, and Hui-Chen Yun respond to Sascha Weidner’s themes and approaches in their artworks. The dialogue that emerges between the artists creates a multilayered narrative, one that moves between personal vulnerability and shared human experience.
Sascha Weidner’s work deals with the creation of a radical subjective pictorial world. He aimed to illuminate the world of the subconscious. The artist transformed visible reality into codes, into encrypted pictures. His work characterized sensibility, intimacy, and perceptions.
